Education and Academy

How can I take Bitfa Academy courses?

Just sign up on the site and choose the course you want from the Bitfa Academy page; once you've registered, the course content is available in your user dashboard. If you're just starting out, it's best to watch the free A-to-Z crypto course first and then move on to the specialized courses.

How much do Bitfa Academy courses cost?

A large part of Bitfa's educational content — including the 12-lesson crypto course, webinars and the blog articles — is completely free. The specialized and advanced courses are paid, and the exact price of each is listed on that course's page in the Academy.

Where should I start learning about crypto?

Start with the basic concepts, not with buying a coin. First understand what blockchain and Bitcoin are, how wallets and exchanges work and what the market risks are — exactly the path that Bitfa's free A-to-Z course follows. Then practice with a small amount. If you want a personalized path, request a free consultation.

Are there in-person courses and workshops?

Yes. Bitfa periodically holds in-person classes and workshops with the team's analysts. The time and location of each one are announced on the Academy page, the Telegram channel and Instagram; to find out about the next one, you can contact support.

Services and Signals

Are Bitfa's signals guaranteed to be profitable?

No, and no service in the world can honestly make that claim. Signals are published based on the team's professional analysis and clear risk management, but the market is probabilistic: some positions will lose, and what matters is the overall result. If anyone promises you “guaranteed profit”, stay away from them.

How can I join Bitfa's live trading sessions?

Once you sign up on the site and log in to your user dashboard, you'll see the session schedule and access link. Details and the session archive are on the Live Trading page.

What's the difference between the signal channel, Live Trading and the Expert?

In the signal channel, you get ready-made entry and exit points; in Live Trading, you sit in on the trades and watch the analysis and decision-making live; and the Risk-management Expert is a tool that automates risk management and position sizing for you. The full list is on the services page.

How can I access the daily crypto analysis?

Go to the crypto analysis page; fresh analysis of the market and the major coins is published every day. Live prices for all coins are also available on the live prices page.

Account and Support

How can I reach Bitfa support?

The fastest way is to message Telegram support. Our phone number, email, WhatsApp and message form are also on the Contact Us page. If your question is a general one and you'd like the answer published for others too, use the question form.

Does it cost anything to sign up with Bitfa?

No. Creating an account is free, and without paying anything you get access to the free content, analysis, prices and session announcements. You only pay for specific courses and subscription services.

If I'm not happy with a service, can I get a refund?

The cancellation and refund terms for each service are explained on the terms and conditions page. If you have a special case, contact support before taking any action so it can be reviewed.

How can I work with Bitfa?

There are two separate routes: for jobs and sending your CV, go to the careers page; for sales, affiliate and influencer partnerships, go to the Partner with Bitfa page.

Market Basics

What's the best exchange for Iranian users?

Don't put your trust in a single name; the right choice depends on what you need — simple spot, futures, low fees or easy identity verification. The best setup is usually a combination of an Iranian exchange for converting rial and a global exchange that doesn't restrict Iranian users. The full comparison is on the best crypto exchanges page.

What is Tether, and why does it matter so much?

Tether (USDT) is a stablecoin: a cryptocurrency whose value is kept pegged to the US dollar. For Iranian users, it effectively acts as a digital dollar: it's both the main unit of crypto trading and a way to preserve the value of money. A full guide and the live price are on the Tether price page.

What are futures, and are they suitable for beginners?

Futures is a type of trade where you use leverage to take a position on the direction of price, without buying the asset itself. It isn't suitable for beginners: leverage multiplies your losses just as much as it multiplies your profits. Practice in spot for a few months first, then move on to futures with low leverage.

How much money do I need to start?

Even a few million toman is enough, because coins can be bought and sold in fractions and you don't need to buy a whole Bitcoin. What matters isn't the amount, it's the rule: only put in money you could lose without it turning your life upside down. For learning, a small amount of capital is actually better.

How do I stay safe from scams?

Three golden rules: never give anyone your wallet's recovery phrase, assume any private message where the other person reached out first is a scam, and reject every promise of “guaranteed profit”. Bookmark your exchange and wallet addresses so you don't get caught by phishing sites, and turn on two-factor authentication with an app, not SMS.
